Job Summary
Perform patient food service, dishroom, and sanitation duties while adhering to federal, state, and regulatory agency standards for food preparation and handling. Properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality throughout all tasks. Food service experience in a high volume healthcare setting is preferred, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. A high school diploma or GED is required.

- Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling
