Utility Aide/Dishwasher

Job Summary
Support dining functions by assisting the Executive Chef with food preparation, portion control, and special diet requirements. Manage kitchen sanitation through daily cleaning schedules, spill response, and equipment checks while ensuring food safety via proper storage and temperature control. Wash, scrub, and dry all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, including managing dishwashing stations and chemical compliance. Handle supply receiving, inventory calculations, and trash removal across all kitchen areas. Set up and break down resident events as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be free of diseases that can be transmitted in the performance of job responsibilities during the stage of communicability
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position desired
