Utility Account Manager

Utility Account Manager responsible for managing the service or sale of a portfolio of accounts, estimating and analyzing records of operations and costs, identifying new customers,Providing technical support to customers by phone or internet, coordinating with the Director of Utility to support outside sales, generating quotes and purchase orders, and maintaining month-end reports. Travel may be required for distributor training events or meetings with minimal overnight stays. Develops sales ideas, sets and tracks account targets aligned with company objectives, interprets accounts for management, and may attend trade shows/conferences. Strong emphasis on customer service, product clarification, and relationship-building across electrical product lines and utility markets. Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
