Job Summary
General Production team member responsible for the safe, efficient setup, inspection, and operation of equipment and machinery used to process meat products. Performs production tasks, follows standard operating procedures, completes production-related paperwork, and ensures products meet specifications. Must be able to work a 1st shift, be physically active for long shifts, and operate or work around knives and other tools while adhering to PPE and safety requirements; overtime may be required. Requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a high-demand production environment; minimum age 18.
