Utilities Technician ( HVAC)

Design and implement a detailed maintenance plan for electrical and refrigeration systems; coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain facilities; establish a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely support; perform routine inspections of all systems and equipment; assist plans, organizes staffs, directs, and controls day-to-day operations of the department; ensure policies and procedures are followed and safety and quality standards are communicated and achieved; ensure necessary spare parts and tools are available for maintenance tasks; complete the designed maintenance plan; respond to 24/7 availability and shift requirements; strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure; physically able to lift up to 50 pounds; position is Full-Time with no supervisory responsibilities; location in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
