Job Summary
Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs, and schedules for assigned projects, reviewing daily plans with direct reports and updating weekly forecasts based on feedback. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and utility companies to ensure proper equipment and material quantities meet budget and schedule targets. Supervise subcontractor production and workforce while identifying hazardous areas and enforcing strict safety protocols and process controls. Provide technical input to resolve project risks, document daily activities, and recommend training needs. Forecast schedules to identify issues and provide mitigation recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- 5+ years construction management experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce project safety programs
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals geometry
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

- Bachelor's Degree
- Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification
