Job Summary
Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and accessibility code compliance while identifying maintenance and repair needs across the property. Schedule repair projects, cleaning routines, and capital improvements; supervise maintenance staff and delegate repair, cleaning, and facilities tasks. Manage service contracts with external vendors and create, monitor facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs, and supplies. Coordinate repairs and establish workplace safety protocols and emergency procedures. Requires advanced mechanical skills, HVAC/electrical knowledge, and five plus years of facility maintenance experience with leadership background. Required Qualifications
- Experience with facility maintenance 5 plus years
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
- Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems
- Knowledge of control room operations
- Basic electrical and controls for troubleshooting operations
- Electrical maintenance of switch gears, breakers, panels, motors, etc.
- Microsoft Suite experience (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
