Job Summary
Manage relocation projects for utilities, scheduling resources and information to relocate/realign utilities; coordinate with internal and external organizations to ensure functionality per agreements; interpret location details on schematics/maps; adhere to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; own new requests and identify value-added opportunities; independent and collaborative work to meet deadlines; strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills; preferred associate degree with three years of related experience; legally eligible to work in the U.S.; location coverage across multiple U.S. states.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Three years’ experience in related field
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Willingness to work as a team and independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
