Lead the Utilities Reliability program at the Houston Brewery, overseeing HV maintenance, reliability improvements, maintenance planning, and cross-functional coordination. Drive asset health, maintenance strategy, outage execution, and MI project delivery; manage safety, contractor performance, and budgeting; mentor and develop maintenance staff to achieve reliability targets and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred
- technical degree acceptable
- leadership experience
- strong problem-solving skills
- mechanical or electrical inclination to understand utilities process
- experience with maintenance planning, outage coordination, and HV maintenance programs
- ability to manage budgets and contractor safety
