Job Summary
Monitor and maintain domestic water, wastewater, propane, gasoline, and diesel supply systems to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient services for Resort users. Perform daily inspections, troubleshooting, cleaning, and bulk supply orders while completing documentation such as logs, reports, and inventory counts. Communicate unusual operating conditions and adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and certifications. Report incidents and deficiencies to appropriate personnel and act as a company representative. Prepare to work flexible schedules including holidays and nights, outdoors in all weather conditions, and perform physical tasks involving lifting, pushing, and climbing. Maintain professional conduct and actively participate in team events.
Required Qualifications
- High school grad or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid AB driver's license
- Positive, mature, and friendly attitude
- Neat, alert, punctual and dependable
- Willing and able to perform all duties and departmental tasks
- Prepared to work flexible schedules e.g., holidays, nights, extended hours
- Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions e.g., appropriate footwear, layers, gloves
- Strong self-starter, reliable, calm under pressure, with a high degree of versatility and personal initiative
- Effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally and in a confidential capacity
- Maintain professional conduct when acting as a company representative on or off duty
- Actively participate in meetings, training, and team events

- Constant trunk rotation
- Frequent lifting (up to 25kg)
- Pushing/pulling (up to 45kg)

- Ability to hike and move around easily in an alpine environment
- Ability to maintain/operate machinery, off road/highway vehicles, and works around moving equipment
- Ability to maintain and operate hand/powered tools/equipment
- Provide their own transportation to the resort base
- Provide and maintain CSA approved safety footwear
Desired Qualifications
- Computer skills an asset - experience with Microsoft suite of programs
