Job Summary

A Utilities Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining utility systems, including gas-fired boilers, compressors, water systems, chillers, and cooling towers, in a safe manner. Key responsibilities include leading shift operations, collaborating with technical teams, proactively supporting internal customers, driving process improvements, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma, certification in boiler operation or similar fields, and a valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift and work in high-noise environments is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
