Job Summary

Oversee the Utilities department by maintaining safe, efficient water treatment, wastewater systems, and fuel supplies while conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Manage team training, performance reviews, and hiring, ensuring all documentation, work orders, and regulatory compliance are completed accurately. Maintain departmental inventories, assign tasks to meet business needs, and communicate operating conditions to stakeholders. Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and extended hours in alpine conditions, performing physical duties such as lifting and operating machinery.

Desired Qualifications

  • Computer skills an asset - experience with Microsoft suite of programs and online payroll/HRIS systems
