Utilities Manager

Job Summary
Oversee utilities operations and maintenance including boilers, compressed air, steam, and refrigeration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while preparing for audits. Manage and develop a team of utilities technicians to maintain high operational standards. Implement plant operations policies and conduct preventive and predictive maintenance. Diagnose failures, coordinate shutdowns and upgrades, and collaborate with production/engineering teams. Manage utility upgrade projects and prepare financial plans for OPEX and CAPEX related to utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 7–10 years in utilities management within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of water/steam/compressed air/refrigeration systems and their maintenance
- Maintenance process management (technical, cost, people) and preventive maintenance planning
- Energy efficiency & consumption monitoring
- Regulatory/HSE compliance in utilities
- Contractor/vendor management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; computer literacy/CMMS familiarity

- Familiarity with sustainability standards/certifications related to utilities management
