Job Summary
Monitor and maintain the brewery’s 24/7 Utility System, including boilers, refrigeration, carbon dioxide, compressed air, water conditioning, chemical treatment, waste control and waste recovery. Demonstrate technical competency and hands-on initiative to assume operational responsibility, with availability for night shifts and weekend rotations (5:45 PM–6:00 AM, 2-2-3 schedule). Requires ability to work in a fast-paced brewery environment and contribute to safety, reliability, and continuous operation. Compensation is $34.78 per hour for full-time work, with benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge with boilers, refrigeration, CO2, compressed air, water conditioning, chemical treatment, waste control and waste recovery is preferred or required as part of utilities maintenance in a brewery environment.
