Job Summary
Lead and coordinate utility coordination efforts for infrastructure projects in Clearfield, UT. Responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating coordination meetings with third-party utility companies and stakeholders, taking and distributing detailed meeting notes, tracking action items, coordinating with utility infrastructure owners on behalf of federal/state/local agencies, preparing project documentation, letters and agreements, providing document control and agreement tracking, ensuring compliance with Federal and State codes, and serving as a liaison between the project team, utilities, and third parties. Must maintain contact lists, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and milestone submittals, and support engineers, designers, and project managers throughout the coordination process. Requires the ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple high-priority assignments in a fast-paced environment, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- 2 years experience in transportation engineering, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is preferred
