Job Summary
Conduct full leasing processes for commercial properties, including identifying potential tenants, performing site visits, and negotiating lease terms. Manage contract documentation and actively reduce vacancies while developing new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with property managers, project leads, and leadership to align tenant needs with specific facility solutions. Contribute market insights regarding demand and competition to shape leasing strategies for individual assets. Ensure high service standards and long-term relationships with all tenants. Work alongside a senior leasing manager during an introductory six-month period to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
