Job Summary
Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned research, development, and product implementation projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy. Inspect job sites for solar installation crews to determine feasibility, design requirements, and correct issues as needed. Accompany crews on-site to ensure quality, improve techniques, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installations. Coordinate with sales managers, corporate departments, and permitting authorities while providing accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting. Identify cost reduction opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure staff safety through weekly training meetings. Submit progress reports and status updates to management. Requires 3+ years of solar energy experience, CRM proficiency, and ability to lift 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of solar energy experience
- Experience with a customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
