Job Summary
Senior International SOF Support SME for USSOCOM J3-I supporting international engagement programs, coordinating partner nation SOF requirements, and contributing to the development of the international SOF Common Operating Picture. Responsibilities include identifying partner nation SOF requirements, deconfliction and synchronization with USSOCOM and TSOC elements, tracking partner nation inputs and operational data, facilitating multinational coordination events and secure communications, integrating partner nation perspectives into planning, coordinating with Foreign Disclosure Offices, producing situational reporting, and supporting daily operations of the J3-I facility with adherence to security procedures. Requires Active Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and multiple years of combat/operational and international SOF experience. Security-focused, multinational, planning-oriented role with travel and liaison responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university
- One-year recent combat/operational experience as part of International Stabilization Force Afghanistan (ISAF) or similar multinational special operation
- 3 years recent regional experience as member of GCC or TSOC staff
- Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education course, Intermediate Development Course or a Senior Professional Military Education Course
- 1 years’ experience in international SOF environment (e.g., NATO SOF HQ, GCC coalition coordination center)
- Experience with Foreign Disclosure and working with international partner information exchanges
