Job Summary
Role focuses on drafting and maintaining KM/IM products and plans, coordinating with USSOCOM J3-I/USW-I, ensuring enterprise-wide information access across classified/unclassified networks, managing KM calendars, and driving taxonomy/metadata initiatives with platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, CMS. Requires Top Secret with SCI eligibility, Master’s degree in IT or related field, and 3+ years in content strategy/taxonomy/change management; experience with KM platforms, data analytics, and portal development; located in Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, taxonomy design, and change management
- 3 years’ experience in Business process and multinational information management
- Mastery of KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), AI-powered search, SQL, CMS, and data analytics tools
- 1 year experience in portal development and management
- 1 year experience in managing geospatial analysis tools
- Ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, foster knowledge sharing, and drive change
- Ability to evaluate KM effectiveness, measure usage patterns, and identify knowledge gaps
- Expertise in developing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and organizing knowledge
