Job Summary
Well Service rig roles including Rig Manager, Operator, Relief Operator, Derrickhand, Floorhand. Responsibilities include operating mud pump, tongs, pipe handling, BOP connections, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and participation in safety programs. Requires safety awareness, ability to work on the rig floor, reading safety materials, and English communication. Education preferred is High School diploma or GED; must be 18+ with legal work authorization; prior oil field or heavy industry experience beneficial. Pay is hourly; location options include Odessa, Midland, and Jourdanton, TX with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass post-offer physical examination, fitness testing, safety aptitude test, drug tests & background check
- Provide proof of and maintain proper legal authorization to work in the United States
- Speak and read English well enough to understand verbal and written safety postings, alerts and announcements
