Job Summary
Provide individualized USMLE counseling and monitor student progress for NBME/USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK performance. Develop, review, and maintain high-quality USMLE/NBME-style questions and exam materials; conduct post-exam performance reviews and deliver actionable feedback. Support the CCRP and mock examination processes; coordinate study groups and assign students based on performance needs. Utilize CRM tools to track progress and generate performance reports; participate in academic meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making. Hybrid/full-time role based in Park Ridge, IL with in-office schedule Monday–Thursday and Fridays work-from-home. Requires MD degree and successful completion of USMLE steps (ECFMG preferred).
Required Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited medical school (ECFMG certification preferred)
- Completion of USMLE Step 1 (Pass or score ≥210) and Step 2 CK
- Location: Park Ridge, Illinois (Full-time, hybrid)
