Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Saviynt IAM solutions across development, test, and production environments. Design, build, configure, and support integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform enhancements while owning technical troubleshooting for platform issues and production incidents. Drive change governance processes including CAB participation, release planning, and rollback readiness. Support production deployments, ensure operational controls, and collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve dependencies. Coordinate with vendors to manage defects, fixes, and technical dependencies. Create technical documentation, runbooks, and support guides. Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen platform reliability and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of total experience
- strong hands-on experience in Saviynt integration or implementation environments
- Proven experience supporting IAM implementations, preferably with Saviynt
- Strong background in designing and supporting complex integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform customizations
