Job Summary
Welcome guests, answer questions, and perform thorough ticket checks to ensure valid access into facilities and other ticketed areas. Provide directions to ticketed seats and other facility locations while preventing guests from moving between seats. Respond to guest complaints, concerns, and compliments, and assist with reasonable requests including wheelchair escort services. Maintain clear portals, aisles, and access paths for guests, staff, and emergency services by effectively communicating safety and security measures. Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or management. Monitor your section for additional and continuous assistance. This role requires bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, extensive walking, standing for long periods, and exposure to loud noises. Candidates must be 18 or older, able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is preferred
- Previous experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field is preferred
