Job Summary
Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, and answer questions while assisting patrons with seat locations and special needs accommodations. Maintain venue safety and cleanliness by resolving guest complaints, verifying ticket authenticity, and guiding guests to exits during emergencies. Participate in sustainability efforts by sorting waste, collecting recyclables, and educating fans about conservation programs. Partner with band members post-show to close the venue, storing equipment and clearing the lawn. Perform these duties while walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.
