Job Summary
Welcome and assist guests at live events, exhibitions, and corporate functions across the UAE by directing attendees to registration, seating, and designated areas. Check tickets, invitations, and wristbands while providing event information and answering inquiries. Manage crowd flow, queue management, and wayfinding, and support VIP arrivals and reserved seating as required. Monitor assigned areas to report issues to the Event Supervisor and uphold excellent customer service standards. Maintain a neat appearance and follow all health and safety guidelines and event procedures. Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules; fluent in English with a professional demeanor.

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
