Job Summary
Usher position at Absinthe at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas (Part-Time). Responsibilities include engaging with guests to deliver exceptional service, scanning tickets and guiding guests to seating, enforcing venue rules with courtesy, maintaining venue cleanliness, and supporting safety procedures. Candidates should have strong communication and guest-service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, comfort with wearing costumes, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and valid US work authorization. The role is on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with a focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive guest experience and supporting Spiegelworld’s anti-racism commitments. Reports to Venue Management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable using a handheld device and two-way radio
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in a single shift
- Must be comfortable wearing company provided costumes
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled/needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Must have valid work authorization for the US
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire
