Job Summary
As the Usher at Es Vedra Cinemas, you provide an excellent guest experience by assisting with the movie-going experience, guiding guests to seating, and maintaining theater cleanliness before, during, and after showings. You welcome guests, verify valid tickets, respond to inquiries, enforce safety protocols, assist with lost and found, and perform related duties. The role requires a hospitality-minded, team-oriented approach, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and comfort working in a loud, dynamic environment with physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends is required; some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications, and the facility can be loud with flashing lights and repetitive motions.
