Job Summary
As the Usher, provide an excellent guest experience by assisting with the movie-going experience and guiding guests to their seats. Maintain theater cleanliness before, during, and after showings, assist guests with lost and found items, and enforce safety protocols and guidelines. Welcome guests, verify valid tickets, direct them to seating, respond to inquiries, and work with the team to ensure a smooth operation in a loud, dynamic theater environment. Must be at least 16 years old and available to work during holidays, nights, and weekends; some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications. Willingness to work in environments with loud noise, flashing lights, and repetitive motion; capable of standing for long periods, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
