Job Summary
As an Usher, provide an excellent guest experience by assisting with the movie-going experience and directing guests to theaters. Maintain theater cleanliness before, during, and after showings, help guests to their seats if requested, enforce safety protocols, direct guests to designated seating, assist with lost and found items, and respond promptly to inquiries. Must be at least 16 years old with availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends; some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications; able to work in a loud, dynamic environment and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong hospitality mindset, teamwork, and composure under pressure are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
