Job Summary
Treat fans and guests with courtesy and respect while verifying tickets, scanning for entry, and distributing promotional items. Guide attendees to ticketed seats, suites, and special access areas, then patrol aisles and concourses to maintain safety and correct potential problems before they interfere with the event. Ensure fan compliance with ballpark policies and procedures, and perform additional assignments as a doorway monitor, stairway monitor, or wheelchair escort. Work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and special events including concerts, arriving up to three hours prior to game time. Stand for up to four hours at a time in all weather conditions. Submit availability and complete necessary training via computer or mobile phone.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six to twelve months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience

- Must be able to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during baseball season
- Must be available to work special events including concerts
- Must be available to arrive up to three (3) hours prior to game time

- Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service to all fans and guests in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner
- Willing to learn and use programs on your computer and/or mobile phone to submit availability and complete necessary employment training
