Job Summary
The User Support Technician will provide IT Help Desk support as part of a rotating team, handling troubleshooting tasks, help desk ticket routing, and new employee onboarding. Experience with Microsoft products and helpdesk duties are essential, along with strong communication and time management skills. Ideal candidates should possess a BA/BS in MIS or CIS and relevant experience in tech support.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
- Good communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to plan/organize time and workload
- Ability to follow standard processes/procedures
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Helpdesk experience
- Windows 10 & 11 experience
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Networking and Wireless skills
- PC/Laptop build experience
- Desktop support tools knowledge
- IT service management system experience (ServiceNow experience a plus)
