User Support Technician

Job Summary
Conduct user support and troubleshooting for FINFROCK employees using Ivanti Heat, resolving requests for client endpoint devices, mobile phones, and printers. Build, configure, and deploy computers, tablets, and laptops, including Android and iOS handhelds, while servicing network and camera devices. Perform weekly print device inspections, clean supplies, and maintain relationships with print vendors. Service Wi-Fi networks and IP cameras from a Hi-Reach vehicle, climb ladders, and travel to job sites and the South Florida Manufacturing Facility to check out company vehicles. Requires an AS degree in IT, five years of desktop experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- AS degree or higher in a related IT discipline
- 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience
- administrator level knowledge/experience with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
- experience with the assembly and configuration of computers from parts
- experience configuring Android/Apple devices for corporate use
- experience with printer management including supplies, applications, minor part replacement (rollers, etc...), and maintaining a support level relationship with print vendors
- ability to climb and work on ladders
- ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- ability to work outdoors, in high places via a Hi-Reach vehicle, to service Wi-Fi network and IP camera devices
- clean driving record
- ability to travel to remote offices and job sites
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- experience with Microsoft Teams, Office/O365, and Ivanti Heat (IT Ticketing system)
- Proficiency at making Ethernet patch cables
- installation and support experience with: Dassault Systemes Solidworks, Structureworks, Primavera (Oracle) P6, Salmon Technologies, Speclink, and MS Office 2016-2019 or similar programs
