Required Qualifications

  • U.S. born or naturalized citizen due to government or federal requirement
  • ability to obtain required government security clearance
  • experience with service desk software tools and ticketing systems
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work independently and in a team
