Job Summary
Own the product operations and content ecosystem of the in-app community by driving engagement, retention, and trading conversion through content distribution strategy and recommendation system optimization. Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation and community interaction, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve product performance. Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align initiatives with broader platform goals while managing the full lifecycle of in-app community growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms
- Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza
- Chinese
