Job Summary
Manage User Group photo shoots by running Capture One to queue "Before" images, name assets, and track digital photos in real time using the SOP grid. Organize current and past media assets into Google Drive folders and create a user-friendly digital portal for photo, video, and survey data. Produce "Best of" Before & After side-by-side compilations using existing templates. Support the photographer with strong Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, and data management skills in a fast-paced environment. Join the busy User Group department to help make the world healthier and happier through best-in-class health and wellness products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Capture One
- Strobe lighting
- Canon/DSLR cameras and lenses
- Google sheets
- Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop)
- Excellent data management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Strong ability to be self-motivated and deadline driven
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma
- Experience assisting photographers
- Photo media management
- Managing and implementing digital asset systems
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite)
- Start Date: September 14th
- End Date: December 10th
- Workload: Part-time, 25-29 hours/week
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of photography
- Some college and/or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years' experience
