Job Summary
Hybrid User Experience Manager blending UX research, design, and program management to translate customer insights into actionable strategy. Responsible for conducting research (interviews, surveys, focus groups), developing personas and journey maps, distilling debt-related data into key insights, analyzing product usage, and delivering strategic recommendations. Lead the program strategy roadmap, guide messaging and narratives for internal and external audiences, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors through an 18-month contract based in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in UX Research, Content Strategy, Design Thinking, or Program Management
- Experience applying user-centric iterative approaches to program development
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience with journey mapping, personas, and story development
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with student debt, consumer debt, and/or financial security is a plus
