Job Summary
As a User Experience Engineer on the User Trials Team, you will manage multiple user trials concurrently, coordinate with research scientists and product managers to align objectives, serve as the primary contact for trial participants, ensure timely execution and delivery, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate trial objectives, progress, and findings to internal stakeholders. You will gain experience in UX research, project management, and customer support while developing a strong understanding of Logitech's product portfolio and participating in a hybrid work model that blends remote and on-site collaboration.
