Job Summary

Lead end-to-end user experience design for priority Trade & Working Capital journeys in a senior individual-contributor role; conduct qualitative interviews, synthesize findings into insights and requirements, create journey maps and information architecture, produce wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible, high-quality execution. Drive alignment on UX direction within a cross-functional pod, mentor junior designers, contribute to the digital experience vision and roadmap, and advocate for user outcomes with evidence.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience delivering shipped work on complex products
  • Experience running qualitative interviews and translating findings into design direction
  • Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and UI craft
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills with product and engineering
  • Excellent communication and executive-ready storytelling
  • Technical literacy for component-based UI and platform constraints
  • Experience in regulated enterprise domains is a plus
  • Familiarity with design systems and modern prototyping (e.g., Figma)
