User Experience Designer

Job Summary
Design execution for defined projects within Genesys' AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform, independently executing designs guided by user research and project goals. Collaborate with senior staff, product management and engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. Leverage Figma and FigJam to craft UX solutions, conduct UX discovery and create user stories, and articulate design rationale to stakeholders. Opportunity to learn and mentor within a team focused on self-service interactions, agents, and enterprise-scale experiences. Eligible candidates may be office-based in Budapest, or remote long-term or hybrid, with a focus on enterprise customer experiences and AI-powered enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in user experience design
- Proficiency with Figma and FigJam
- Experience with UX research methodologies
- Ability to connect design to product strategy and user needs
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience designing for enterprise-level applications or platforms (preferred)
