Job Summary
Shape the future of user experience with strategic design initiatives across products and services. Lead UX strategy and end-to-end design within a specific domain, diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes; mentor junior designers; advance inclusive design and accessibility; collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed UX into product development; leverage insights from user research and data to inform decisions and optimize experiences across platforms; bring advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, and the technology stack to drive transformational, customer-centric outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles
- 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of UX professionals
- Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions
- Advanced technical literacy, including an advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack, as well as their impact on user experience
- Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations to drive customer-centric decision-making
- Experience utilizing AI tools to create products and experiences
