Job Summary
Maintain and update content across Vanguard's European public-facing websites using enterprise content management systems, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Manage the build, QA, and optimisation of landing pages and campaign content while identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and accessibility. Collaborate with marketing, product, and external vendors to draft requirements, support sprint ceremonies, and generate analytics reports for SEO and continuous improvement. Operate as the subject matter expert for digital best practices, guiding internal customers and exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English and German with the ability to review, interpret and support German-language web content
- Strong understanding of linguistic, cultural and market-specific considerations when managing content across European websites
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Experience using popular enterprise level content management systems
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multi-task and ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Financial services/asset management industry
- Strong understanding of the cultural, linguistic and regulatory implications of operating across markets
- Fluent German and English speaker
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, familiarity with Agile project management
- Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Jira, Workfront and Confluence
- Basic understanding of website accessibility
- Experience using SEO and website QA tools, preferably BrightEdge and Siteimprove
- Interest in AI, automation and emerging digital tools, with a willingness to explore how they can improve web content quality, efficiency and user experience
- Good knowledge of HTML and experience using popular enterprise level content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience using SEO and website QA tools, preferably BrightEdge and Siteimprove
