Job Summary
As a User Experience Design Advisor at Fiserv, you will partner with Product Managers to break down complex problems, define user journeys, and translate business goals into user stories and experience requirements. You will design end-to-end experiences across mobile and web platforms, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensure design-system consistency across product surfaces, and iterate based on post-launch analytics and user feedback. You will present concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders, craft proof-of-concept designs and pitch decks for client presentations, contribute to UX best practices, and balance immediate delivery needs with long-term experience quality. The role requires 7–8 years of digital design experience, strong UX and visual design fundamentals, collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Salary range is $100,000.00-$126,000.00 USD, and applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7–8 years of professional digital design experience across native mobile applications and web platforms
- Strong foundation in user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile product development environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions and influence stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with additional standard design tools as needed
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted Canadian work authorization to be considered for this role
