User Experience and Interface Specialist, TS//SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Required

Job Summary

Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, standards, and workflows to transform complex information into clear visual products. Create dashboards, charts, maps, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Python, and SQL to support operational decision-making. Work directly with government users, analysts, and engineers to understand information requirements, organize data, and improve how mission users access and communicate insights. Participate in user acceptance testing, support customer briefings, and provide training on knowledge management and visualization capabilities. Analyze datasets to identify trends and anomalies, ensuring visualizations accurately represent underlying data and communicate key findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence or Lifestyle Polygraph
  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, data analysis, data visualization, intelligence analysis, information management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, reports, or other analytical products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of complex information
  • Experience with data management, information organization, metadata, or knowledge management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and understandable visual products
  • Ability to work directly with customers and understand evolving requirements
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with technical and mission teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other federal mission
  • Experience working as an intelligence analyst, knowledge manager, or mission support professional
  • Experience with geospatial data and mapping
  • Experience developing dashboards for operational or intelligence environments
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, taxonomies, or semantic data
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, or LLM-enabled applications
  • Experience in classified, secure, or air-gapped environments
  • Experience supporting senior government or military stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain and maintain additional security clearance accesses to Special Access Programs (SAP) or Access Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM)
