Job Summary
Lead and mentor a User Acquisition team responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms to drive CPA/ROAS targets and revenue growth. Develop and execute the user acquisition strategy, identify new growth opportunities across products and markets, build scalable processes and reporting, oversee budget planning and forecasting, and collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership to align acquisition efforts with business goals. Requires 5+ years in performance marketing with 1–2 years in a leadership role, hands-on campaign management experience at scale, budget oversight (> $100k+), strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with tracking, attribution, and analytics tools. Remote role available in Europe; English proficiency (B2+).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition
- at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads
- experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $100,000+ and delivering measurable growth results
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities
- experience with marketing analytics tools, tracking systems, and reporting platforms
- familiarity with subscription products, web-to-web funnels, or direct-to-consumer businesses is a strong advantage
- self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
