Job Summary
User Acquisition Specialist at a fast-growing startup (6037) responsible for managing and analyzing Meta ad campaigns to scale budgets and drive product success. You will create and test new growth funnels, automate repetitive tasks to focus on strategy, generate ideas for new creative concepts with the Creative Marketing team, and analyze market and competitive dynamics to optimize user acquisition. The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and a strong emphasis on measurable impact through large advertising budgets and performance metrics. The process includes launching campaigns on Meta, testing hypotheses to improve key metrics, and collaborating across the team to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with advertising platforms (Meta) from 1 year
- Understanding marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPA, CR
- Analytical skills and comfort with data
- Leadership, communication, proactive mindset, business-oriented
- English proficiency Upper-Intermediate+
