User Acquisition Manager (Remote, Contract)

Job Summary
Plan, launch, and manage global paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and others while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities; manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget; collaborate with creative/brand teams to develop scalable, performance-driven messaging; build robust testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative/ad copy experiments, audience tests, bid tests); liaise with an affiliate marketing agency and key ad-platform partners; work with product, data science, and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition-to-retention. Identify new acquisition channels and growth levers; contribute to overall growth strategy. Requirements include 4+ years of relevant experience and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer, analytics tools like Amplitude, and testing methodologies. This is a 40-hour/week, 12-month contract on a 1099 basis, with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Experience working with an MMP (e.g., AppsFlyer)
- Experience working with data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude)
- Experience running lift tests
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Technical knowledge and experience setting up conversion tracking
- Excellent sense of accountability and ownership
- A blend of creative and analytical approaches to problem-solving
- Nice to have: ASO experience, Web2App marketing campaigns, subscription-business experience, affiliate marketing experience
