Job Summary
Develop and execute a User Acquisition strategy for the Astrology niche across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google channels. Build multi-channel marketing plans by balancing traffic sources to optimize CAC, CPA, and ROAS. Plan, launch, and daily optimize campaigns while conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with creative and product teams to adapt assets and build high-converting funnels. Automate purchasing processes using scripts and tools to minimize routine tasks. Perform competitive research to identify new audiences and growth opportunities. Work autonomously with high-level budget management and data analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ роки досвіду на позиції User Acquisition Manager
- Досвід управління великими бюджетами (від $500K+) на Tier 1 ринках
- Глибока експертиза щонайменше в одному з каналів: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads або Snapchat Ads
