Job Summary
Own end-to-end User Acquisition strategy and execution for customer accounts from onboarding through ongoing optimization. Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Unity while developing growth strategies aligned with revenue and ROAS goals. Define creative concepts and partner with Product and Engineering to design AI agents and automation that redefine performance marketing execution. Analyze campaign performance, communicate results to customers, and build trusted relationships as their strategic UA partner. Support the sales process through presentations and demos, validate new features using real campaigns, and help define best practices for scaling UA through AI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on mobile User Acquisition experience
- Proven experience owning the entire UA lifecycle, from strategy through execution and reporting
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets across multiple acquisition channels
- Deep expertise with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other performance marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and mobile measurement
- Comfortable presenting to customers and acting as a strategic advisor
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into product requirements
- Passion for AI and excitement about building products that automate marketing workflows
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Self-starter who enjoys operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Agency experience managing multiple customer accounts
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or mobile app marketing
- Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience evaluating AI products, prompt engineering, or marketing automation tools
- Experience launching or scaling AI-enabled marketing workflows
