Job Summary
Manage creative uploads at scale by organizing hundreds of video assets across platforms and maintaining clean, consistent folder structures. Coordinate directly with agencies on delivery status, formats, and turnaround times while supporting AI automation to build and maintain upload workflows that reduce manual effort. This operational, hands-on role requires owning processes end-to-end and bringing order to high-volume production without campaign management or data analysis responsibilities. The position is a six-month contract with conversion potential, requiring full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Operational Rigor: Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work
- UA Fundamentals: A working understanding of core UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR)
- Communication Skills: You coordinate clearly with external agencies and internal teams
- Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time internship, not a working student position
Desired Qualifications
- AI/Data Curiosity: Familiarity with automation tools or basic data work is a strong plus
