Job Summary
Hybrid User Access Management (UAM) Analyst role in Newport Beach, CA responsible for day-to-day user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification across enterprise platforms. Focused on applying the least privilege principle and enforcing security control policies to ensure the right users have access to the right resources at the right times. Collaborates with end users, technologists, and support staff to meet SLAs while maintaining compliance. Drives improvements in UAM service maturity by measuring customer experience, accuracy/quality, and resiliency. Requires 1-5 years of information security experience with directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms (e.g., MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint); strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills; ability to follow SOPs in an agile environment; and ability to influence and partner with business stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include a BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field and relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA); PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
